Pricing

Prickly Pear work hard to ensure that all prices are correct at time of publishing.  All prices include VAT at current rate.  Prickly Pear reserves the right to alter the price of any product within our web site.

Product Description, Photos and Dimensions

Prickly Pear has made every effort to ensure that the product photographs, descriptions and dimensions are correct.  Please remember however that due to the hand finished nature of a number of Prickly Pear's products, variations may occur between the actual goods delivered to you and the pictures you see on our web site.  Prickly Pear cannot guarantee that the product delivered to you will be identical in size, shape and colour to those pictured and described on our web site.  Prickly Pear reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without prior notice

Product Ownership

Legal Ownership of products passes to the customer upon receipt of payment.  The purchaser has the right to return the goods to Prickly Pear 7 days after this ownership transfer.  The purchaser will receive a full refund (minus postage, packaging and gift wrapping) providing the goods are received by Prickly Pear in 'as new' condition and in their original packaging.  In order to ensure this, Prickly Pear recommends the purchaser sends the goods via Special Delivery.  For further information about reurning product please see our returns page.
